Do I need to make a reservatioin? |

Yes. Prior reservation is required. Since there are certain preparations, booking 2 days in advance is highly recommended. |

What should I bring? |

Be sure to wear something comfortable and sporty. If you have anything to carry, bring a knapsack or alike as there is no basket on the bicycle. Coin lockers are available at JR Tokyo station(pay service). And Bottle holders are equipped with the bikes. |

What kind of bicycle do you provide? |

8 speed cross bike. Frame size 47cm - 57 cm suitable for minimum height of 150 cm (5 ft.) or taller.

Is there any age limit? |

No. But the bicycles we provide are those type we mention in above i.e. too big for kids. In case of those shorter than 150 cm, please consult with us when making reservation.
Kid's trailer is available for children over one years old. Up to two children can be seated, maximum weight capacity is 22 kg (50pounds) per child OR total 44kg (100 pounds).
And kid's seat is also available for age 1-4. The maximum height of the child is 106cm (42 inches) and maximum weight capacity is 17kg(38 pounds). Please note that insurance WILL NOT BE COVERED for kid's trailer and seat.

I have not been getting enough excercise lately. Can I join the tour? 6 hours cycling seems very tough for me. |

The course is rather flat and we pedal slowly, taking plenty of rest in between. So, no worries! |

In case of rain, how do you decide whether or not to run the tour? How can you inform me? |

The tour will be cancelled if the previous day's weather forcast says the chance of rain is more than 60%. We will inform you to your contact number or the hotel you are staying. |

How do I get to the Marunouchi Hotel? |

The hotel is located 100 meters from Marunouchi North Exit of JR Tokyo Station. We will be meeting you at the front desk on the ground floor.(please note that the hotel's front desk is on the 7th floor. But our meeting point is the first floor (ground floor).) |

Is 'Shimbashi' and 'Shinbashi' the same station? |

If we are not operating the tours and the bikes are available, they can be rented for 500yen / hour , max 2,500yen / day (from 10:00-17:00). Please send us an e-mail or give us a call for this request. |
