Route

2. Tsukiji Honganji Temple by Chuta Ito

In the old fish market area of Tokyo, suddenly appears an overwhelming ancient Indian style temple ? in fact, it’s a Japanese Buddhist Temple. Let’s explore and find statues of animals designed by the architect.

3.NOA building by Seiichi Shirai

It looks just like a huge tombstone standing at the crossing.

4. 21-21 DESIGN SIGHT by Tadao Ando

Japan’s first design museum produced by Issey Miyake and one of the signature work by Tadao Ando.

5.SunnyHills by Kengo Kuma

A pineapple-like wooden structure is actually a pineapple cake speciality store.
Let’s have a break with a cup of tea and pineapple cake.

6. Prada Tokyo Aoyama by Herzog & de Meurone

A masterpiece of the architect and symbolic building of the last Olympic in 1964.

9. New National stadium by Kengo Kuma

A massive hybrid stadium of wood and steel, which will be completed in 2019 for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic.
